Because of current cutbacks in hospitals, we are even more aware of the consequences of a National Health Service under pressure. Government incentives for ‘Healthier Choices’ are now pushing us rapidly closer to taking even more responsibility for our own well-being, and incorporating many life style changes to improve our health.
This website has been compiled with the intention of putting together a range of complementary therapies available to help those who wish to seek expert guidance on establishing and maintaining a healthier lifestyle.
We all have different health priorities and various needs, together with many factors, constraints and commitments, which affect our choices. I hope the information provided here assists you in finding the extra help to support you with taking responsibility for your health.
My belief is that if we all take simple steps towards ‘Healthier Choices’, we can enjoy a much better quality of life, gain satisfaction from being able to support others and be less of a burden to an already stretched healthcare system.
