HOMEOPATHY can be used by everyone, being safe and effective for adults, children and babies alike.  Many everyday and long standing conditions can be helped because homeopathy offers a truly holistic approach to health - which means it treats the whole person not just their symptoms.  This holistic approach leads to symptom relief and improved overall health for the individual.
 
My training in Homeopathy was with The Lakeland College of Homeopathy, where emphasis is on personal develpment of the practitioner in addition to a solid education in the subject at hand.  Being complimentary to Homeopathy we also studied flower essences (Bach, Alaskan and Australian). Homeopathy is a well respected and effective treatment used widely in the UK and Europe.  In addition to Homeopathy I currently offer Reflexology and Polarity Therapy.  For all health concerns my approach is holistic and I am happy to discuss treating a variety of health issues with prospective clients. 
 
Having worked in the field of complementary and alternative medicine for over 20 years, my background is in counselling, NLP,  employee development and training. After developing and running a stress management consultancy for many years, I turned my attention more fully to working one to one in private practice.  Here my focus is on individual needs using a variety of complementary medicine techniques to help people find comfort and balance in their lives again.
