Reflexology is a gentle but effective treatment which can be helpful for many health issues. It is wonderfully relaxing, so all stress related illness can also benefit along with a variety of other conditions including frozen shoulder and pain management.  My particular specialism using reflexology is fertility, conception and hormonal imbalance problems.

Working in the field of complementary and alternative medicine for over 20 years my background is in counselling, NLP,  employee development and training. I ran a stress management training consultancy for many years.  Currently I practice Reflexology, Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.  My approach in all health concerns is holistic and I am very happy to discuss any health issue with prospective clients. These days I am particularly interested in the effect stress has on our overall health and also offer stress management coaching where appropriate.
