It was good to see you all on Monday and for those of you who could not make it we hope to see you next month.

Just finished a Skype session with Tracey and she loved meeting you all and very enthusiastic about working with those of you who are joining the group. Details of her Free Webinar with Cognition Coaching will be made available soon. In the meantime visit her Health Mastery website.

Listening to some people in the room it sounded like there was a need to offer first and foremost an opportunity to come along to work on clearing the blocks. There will be a Therapists support meeting on 24th March.  We will be using NLP based work and something called NPA which I personally have found very useful and looking forward to sharing this with you.
