 I love networking with people who really know the value in building rapport, taking a genuine interest in discovering more about other people in the room. Naturally relationships develop and opportunities for business arise more easefully.
It has not always been this way for me, networking was often a stressful affair with lack of sleep the night before, worrying about what to say and on the journey there trying to rehearse some catchy strapline. Daunted by an arena of professional expertise and a sea of black suits did nothing for my confidence, while aiming to promote the benefits of Complementary Therapy for stress release!
Networking now is something to look forward to and so many opportunities have presented themselves to develop and grow the business than could have ever been conceived of before. I would like to offer my gratitude to just one or two people I have met through networking and who have made such a difference to my business and my approach to life now.
