Neil has been working in the field of trauma and stress management for the past two years, utilising his own experience and skills as a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy and Reiki.  Neil specialises in weight loss, eating and stress related symptoms and disorders.
 
As part of the treatment packages that I offer, as a qualified Mountain Leader (ML) I also incorporate the great outdoors into a therapeutic journey, this can be on a mountain route in the Lake District or a gentle stroll in a wooded glen in the Cairgorms.  All therapy is tailored to the individual to maximise well-being and healing potential.
