Dee comes from a dance background and has been teaching Pilates for over eight years. Whilst at dance college she discovered she had a Scoliosis (curvature of the spine). This made life at college very difficult. After leaving college and teaching Pilates, she discovered Pilates was the key to a healthy, strong and stress-free body. After a short time of teaching Pilates she discovered that she had gained a personal relationship with the Pilates Method, improving both her posture and the condition of her Scoliosis, thus causing less pain and improving her day-to-day life and well-being.
