Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that has many healing benefits. Reiki is energy and the Japanese word Reiki means spiritual energy or universal life-force energy. When it is used in hands-on healing it affects all the energies that make up the human body or anything else in the natural world. It is an holistic therapy that treats mind, body and spirit that can also be used to release emotional stress, depression and anxiety as well as healing physical injuries.
