SCENAR (Self-Controlled Energo-Neuro-Adaptive Regulation) is an electrical device that looks similar to a TV remote control, used for pain relief. The Scenar works by stimulating the brain with a constantly varying signal that causes it to instruct the nervous system to generate Neuropeptides, the key biochemicals needed by your body to heal itself.

Somatic Education is a revolutionary method for naturally relieving pain, improving posture and flexibility and allowing you to move more freely and easily in everyday life.
It combines a series of gentle, hands-on, guided movements with a short self care exercise program that together produce an immediate relaxation response in muscles in the body.
These subtle movements enable you to sense and regain control of muscles that are tight, sore and uncoordinated… and relax them back to their natural state. As tight muscles relax, pain disappears, flexibility returns and posture improves, increasing energy levels and decreasing stress levels.
I suffered from chronic back pain for over 10 years before finally resolving it through Somatic Education. Through my own experience with the practice, I went on to train and qualify as a practitioner and have since helped many people to be free from chronic pain.
